This Starts the last 10 Days of P90x. Sure went by in a hurry, but when I started it seemed a long way off.
Back and Chest. Love this workout. Pushup, pullup. Every way you could think of and then some.
Not a lot to say here, I have covered everything pretty well to this point.
My intensity is up more after having a day off and the routines felt really good. Tomorrow will be Plyometrics, and I even look forward to that one also.
I am watching my diet more now, as I want to lean down more before I finish this 90 day run. I am also planing to do another round of P90x, only on this next run, I will follow thing more strict then I did this time. This was started as a way to try something new and to get in a little better shape, so I didn’t start out as strict in following everything as I should have, but I sure learned a lot and fell in love with this routine. I am also in a hell of a lot better shape now then from when I started and I seem to get better each and every day.
I look forward to bringing you the next 9 days now and then a summary of the entire program when done.
