Kenpo X and Ab Ripper X.
This is the same kenpo X as before, I am getting able to do it easier now, with a little less strain on my neck.
It really is a pretty good martial arts workout, with lots of kicks and punches. Always brings me back to my Ninjitsu days years ago, only without the weapons.
Nothing really to say here that I haven’t said before, just that it is an awesome cardio workout.
The one I haven’t said to much about so far is Ab Ripper X. I hate this with a passion. The ab pain/burn is outrageous. It is only about 15 minutes, but it is pure torture. I just have to finish getting that little layer of fat off of me and my abs will shine. Like an ex-girlfriend used to tell me, “You have a 6 pack, it is just still in the box.” Well with Ab Ripper X, you are ripping that box away, a little at a time.
That is about it for today, tomorrow is a rest day, and I feel I need one. At my age it take a bit linger then you young wipper snappers to recuperate. But then again, I know a lot of you that can’t even do a p90x workout all the way through. That is ok though, if you read my early reports, I couldn’t either.
